What are Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI)?
Repetitive Strain injuries are a family of conditions that result in persistent or recurring pain from overuse of muscles and tendons. For example, tendons and muscles in the wrist may be injured by excessive keying on a computer or an elbow could become injured by repeated use in sports (eg tennis, golf).
